Description

This short ebook describes the government's use of a software program known as Adobe Voco. With 20 minutes of voice recording, it can simulate the voice of almost anyone. While using the program, just type in the text that you want the voice to speak, and it is recorded as an mp3 file. Unfortunately, this can be used for criminal purposes. There are other software developers that are creating similar programs. Please be aware of this, because recorded messages do not necessarily mean it came from a specific person.

Please take note of the unusual events that have happened around voice signatures. Miriam Carey in Washington DC, believed she was given messages from President Obama. She was murdered by police after following instructions, from whom she believed was the President. The government criminals set her up using Adobe Voco, to simulate the President's voice. Does this indicate how sick and disturbed these government criminals have become? There are other cases as well. The CIA, FBI, and the government of Israel and Mossad are involved. Please see my other ebooks.
