  • Blue eyes... brown eyes, blue dress...black skirt...?

I thought the story was somewhat sweet but not really believable...don’t have have time or space to “rant” and I did read all 3 books - and there were some obvious grammatical errors in book 3. Where the reference was to “him” when it should have been “her” (confusing because I reread that sentence again) and the fact that her eye color changed to brown in book 3(from blue in books 1 &2) and finally towards the end, when they were going out on the special date and he got her a sequined blue dress because the author mentioned his suit matched her and then at the end of the night (on their way “home”) to his place she suddenly has a black skirt on ...WTH??? The author clearly fell asleep at the switch in this book (or the proofreader did) ...obvious errors and not liking that I had to pay to find these errors..... JR

The series was great loved going through Katherine and Ben’s adventure. Just would like to know how Katherine had blue eyes in first two books but she came back to Ben in book3 she now had brown eyes.

A good ending to a solid series. Domestic abuse is such a real thing that too many people go through and who also don’t get away. Making women and men feel like they aren’t alone, they shouldn’t be ashamed and that they can get away is so important and books both fiction and non fiction is a great medium for that.
