I would grade both of these issues at least F/VF.

The Batman 500 issue has a corner bend at

the top right corner of the front cover as seen in

the 2nd picture.  The Showcase issue has some

small creases at the spine.

Interior pages are nice.

I ship my magazines, comics, and books in

a cardboard book mailer or box.
